Isaac Maimon
Isaac Maimon was born in Israel in 1951 to French-speaking parents. His family recognized his artistic talents when he was young and strongly encouraged him. He was educated at the Avni Institue of Fine Arts in Tel Aviv, where he developed his interest in the French boulevard culture for which he has become known.
